Program Evaluations and Outcomes Measurement
At The Customer Link, we build a customized evaluation and outcomes measurement plan for each program that ties directly back to the program’s stated learning objectives. These plans include evaluation forms immediately postprogram in order to collect feedback from each activity, preteleconference and postteleconference polling (for teleconference programs), and postprogram outcomes surveys (30-60 days postevent) that include case vignettes in fulfillment of ACCME level 4 outcomes measurement standards.
We report frequently on evaluations and outcomes of our programs. We also provide detailed reports including postprogram outcomes survey results and end-of-program evaluation form summaries.
