Joining a meeting by both phone and Web is easy.

• Telephone: Please call the number provided and give the meeting code to the operator 15 minutes prior to your scheduled date and time. Please make sure you are dialing in from a landline phone. Wireless phones may interfere with connectivity. You must dial in to hear the audio.
• Internet: Please log on 15 minutes prior to your scheduled date and time to be connected to view the Urology Circle slides. To enter the meeting, please type the following link in the address field of your browser screen.  http://urologycircle.com
• Click the icon for “Join the Meeting.”
• After reviewing the CME information, please click “Continue to Meeting.”
• Enter the presentation number and click “Continue.”
• Enter requested information and click “Continue.” All fields must be completed.
• Once you have joined the meeting, please select “Click to hear by telephone.”

• Windows OS with Internet Explorer (IE 6.0 or later recommended). Pop-up blockers must be disabled. High speed Internet connection REQUIRED (DSL or higher). MAC/Linux compatible. Close all other programs on your computer before accessing the meeting.
